Uptown Conference and Performance Center - Kansas City, Missouri

After we did a complete study of the economic impact, program requirements for both local and outside events, operations implications, operating costs, seating number criteria, analysis of existing facilities (including the historic Uptown Theatre), and architectural design study for renovations and facility additions to support both local and outside production events.

A restoration, and renovation project was started recreating the vibrant colors of John Eberson, added 33,000 square feet of space and ADA compliance.There are now five meeting and banquet spaces including the Theatre.
