Topeka Civic Auditorium - Topeka, Kansas

Renovation of an existing civic auditorium space which had been designed for stage events at one end and with a center floor for basketball, into a professional community auditorium for both local and "road show" productions. The basement was renovated to provide rehearsal space/support for local performing arts groups.
