This is the renovation of an existing civic center that includes an auditorium, arena, exhibition spaces, and meeting rooms. Designed in 1954, this complex is renovated for professional needs in the 1990's. The professional community auditorium is for both local and "road show" productions. The basement was renovated to provide exhibition space and support for local performing groups. the existing arena is home to both Creighton University basketball and a new expansion Central Hockey League team.
